Changes to information on the owner or holder of the vehicle

You can change the owner and holder information of a vehicle you already own in the service. If you have sold the vehicle, please submit a notification of transfer.

As the owner of the vehicle marked in the register you can add or remove holders or other owners by identifying yourself in the service. To make the change, you do not need a digital certificate.
