Become an advisor to farm advisory services

You can apply to become a farm advisor if you have sufficient training or work experience. In addition, an organisation with a business ID under which you can provide advice.

The Finnish Food Authority selects advisors for nine different advisory sections:

You can apply for approval in the Hyrrä e-service. The search is continuous. If you have been approved for advisory services in 2014–22, you have the right to continue as an advisor during the EU funding period 2023–27

To whom and on what terms

Advisors selected for advisory services are required to have at least an upper secondary qualification, suitable advisory experience and expertise. The competence requirements of the advisor are examined separately for each advisory section. If you are accepted as an advisor to farm advisory services, your contact information and the advisory sections under your responsibility will be published in the Finnish Food Authority's advisory register
