The services are intended for clients of the wellbeing services county. The borrowing of assistive equipment is guided by the National Criteria for the Provision of Assistive Devices for Medical Rehabilitation. Assistive equipment is always borrowed for personal use.
In the wellbeing services county of Vantaa and Kerava, equipment borrowing and maintenance require an appointment. You can make an appointment by phone at 09 4191 1110. The up-to-date contact information and opening hours can be found in the Service units tab.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do it via the Maisa client portal. Please book a new appointment by phone.
