During the rehabilitation and assessment period, your ability to function is assessed in a holistic manner in a 24-hour housing service unit. You also receive coaching and support for life management and for carrying out everyday tasks independently. This offers you the necessary support to live independently at home. The service takes place in a safe and accessible home-like environment.

You are eligible for a short-term rehabilitation and assessment period if you have the need and motivation for 24-hour care and intensive and effective rehabilitation to support discharge or living at home.
