This mandate allows the assignee to do the following on behalf of the assignor:
- view information on the authorising party's loans, the guarantees they have given, and the credit register extracts requested about the authorising party
- set, edit or remove a voluntary ban on credits
- give or cancel consent that information about the credit ban can be disclosed to credit reference agencies, which in turn can disclose the information for the purposes laid down in the act on credit information
- enable or disable alerts when credit register extracts are being requested.
