To whom and on what terms
The service only concerns consumers who have bought a package travel tour. If the trip has been bought from a travel agency that is not included in the register of package travel agencies maintained by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, in case of bankruptcy, the buyer will not receive compensation from securities lodged.
