The Complaint Assistant helps you draw up a written complaint that you can send to the trader. The Complaint Assistant will first ask you for information that can be useful in resolving your issue.
You need to send your complaint to the seller yourself. The complaint assistant is simply a tool and cannot file your complaint on your behalf.

Do the following in relation to the consumer complaint you just filled in:
- Send the complaint first to the company/seller whom the complaint concerns. You need to send your complaint to the seller yourself.
- Try to negotiate suitable compensation or another solution with the company.
- If you cannot achieve the outcome you are seeking, you may contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service free of charge.
