The Summer Job Helpline offers advice on matters related to summer employment. The service provides advice on such aspects as pay, work shifts and trial periods. All enquiries are handled in confidence. You can call us or use our webform or chat.
When problems arise you may also talk to more senior colleagues and workmates, your local shop steward or employee representative, or the trade union for the industry concerned.
The Summer Job Helpline is provided by the national labour confederations of Finland: SAK, Akava and STTK. The helpline is open from early May until late August. You find information all year on our website: https://www.kesaduunari.fi.

You can request information by calling 0800 179 279 from 09.00 to 15.00 on Monday to Friday. Calls to this number are toll-free. Written questions may also be sent using a webform or a chat at https://www.kesaduunari.fi.
We offer advice in English, Finnish and Swedish.
