We assist with permit matters such as passport, driver's license, and firearm licenses at the police station in downtown Oulu, located at Kirkkokatu 13. The police duty station is also located at the downtown police station.
Please arrive at Oulu's main police station via the main gate. Customer parking is on the left immediately upon entry.
