Sending the settlement agreement and paying the deducted sum based on the Employment Contracts Act
- Public service
In case of a civil matter concerning employment, the employer must send the Employment Fund a copy of the signed settlement agreement in which the employer’s liability to compensate is defined. The employer is also obliged to pay the Employment Fund a sum deducted from the compensation. The Employment Fund sends the employer an invoice of the receivable account after the agreement has been delivered to the fund.

Please email a copy of the settlement agreement to the Employment Fund. When sending the agreement, also include details of the billing address and any other information required for the invoicing. If your message contains confidential information, use a secure connection.
