Sending the settlement agreement and paying the deducted sum based on the Employment Contracts Act

In case of a civil matter concerning employment, the employer must send the Employment Fund a copy of the signed settlement agreement in which the employer’s liability to compensate is defined. The employer is also obliged to pay the Employment Fund a sum deducted from the compensation. The Employment Fund sends the employer an invoice of the receivable account after the agreement has been delivered to the fund.
