If you already have a service voucher, first check whether we are a service provider in your wellbeing services county. Then contact us by phone, by email or through the order form.
If you do not have a service voucher, ask your wellbeing services county for an assessment of your service needs. If needed, we can help you find out whether you could get a voucher.
If you are a family carer and are tied to caregiving around the clock or continuously every day, you are entitled to at least three days off per month. Your wellbeing services county decides how care is arranged during your time off. In many areas, you can get a service voucher, which allows you to choose Hemby as your service provider.
You can also buy the service yourself, even if you do not have a family carer agreement.
