The service guides you through preparing a notice of renunciation of inheritance online. An heir may renounce an inheritance after the death of the deceased, provided the heir has not already taken actions that are regarded as accepting the inheritance. The renunciation is made in writing and covers the entire inheritance share, unconditionally and without compensation.

The service is intended for a statutory heir who renounces their entire inheritance share after the death, unconditionally and without compensation. The renunciation must be made before the heir has taken actions that indicate acceptance of the inheritance. The service does not cover renunciation in advance, partial renunciation or renunciation in favour of a specific person. Nor does it cover cases where the share has been seized, the heir is in debt restructuring or bankruptcy, or the heir is a minor or has a guardian. Special situations may require personal legal assistance.
