A company that owns LNG treatment apparatus must notify the Energy Authority of the holder of each LNG apparatus it owns.
Based on the notification, the Energy Authority names the operator as an owner of LNG treatment apparatus if the operator practices the notified operations.
Do the following
Use a free-form notification to provide the applicant’s name, business ID and detailed terminal address information.
Submit the notification preferably by email to the Energy Authority’s registry.
To whom and on what terms
A natural or juristic person who liquefies natural gas or imports, dismantles and gasifies liquefied natural gas and is responsible for the operation of the LNG treatment apparatus is the holder of the LNG treatment apparatus
Deadline
The notification must be submitted at least six months before the start of the operation.
Period of validity
For a fixed term, up to ten (10) years
