Reconciliation statements to the courts of law
- Public service
The Employment Fund answers statement requests by courts of law in civil matters that concern unfounded termination of an employment contract. The court of law that is handling the reconciliation of compensation for damage and earnings-related unemployment benefits in a case of unfounded termination of employment must reserve the Employment Fund an opportunity to be heard. In addition to this, the court of law must inform the Employment Fund of the legally valid judgment or decision on the matter.
Do the following
The statement request can be sent to the Employment Fund by email. If your message contains confidential information, use a secure connection. In addition to the statement request, the Employment Fund will also need the application for the summons, defendant’s reply or an overview of the matter, as well as the name of the unemployment fund that paid the benefit.
