We will arrange a free introductory visit to your home. During the visit, we find out what kind of help you need and what kind of worker would suit you. The introductory visit does not commit you to anything.
After that, we assign you your own worker and agree on the first visit. In the largest cities, urgent help can start as early as the next day.
You can start with, for example, one visit a month and change the service as your needs change. If you are not satisfied with your worker, you can change them at no extra cost.
You do not need a decision from your wellbeing services county, a referral or a diagnosis to start the service.
