The permits for the yard and the surroundings mainly relate to operations that change the scenery, such as felling trees in the yard or major forest felling. Excavations or felling in street or park areas also require the city’s permit and renting the area in question. The permits are administered by the City Planning Department, Public Works Department and Building Control.
