Finnish Food Composition Database Fineli

Fineli is a national data bank of food compositions maintained by the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). It contains information about the average nutrient content of foodstuffs used in Finland. The database contains over 5,000 foodstuffs and 55 nutritional factors. With the Fineli online service you can monitor your food intake and calculate you nutrient supply. You can use it to plan menus and recipes and to design food labelling.

If information from the database is used in an external service, it cannot give an impression that the service is produced or recommended by THL or part of the Fineli online service. Fineli is a registered trademark of THL. The Fineli data bank and the Fineli website are owned by THL.
