Customs Information Service helps customers in customs-related matters. We advise on issues such as import duties, souvenirs and customs clearance.
Support for electronic customs declarations provides guidance in the filing of electronic customs declarations, including the content of the declarations, error messages, downtime and fallback procedures.

You can contact Customs Information Service and online declaration support by phone or chatbot. In terms of the Import Declaration Service for private customers, assistance with code issues is available through a chat service on Mon–Fri 8.00–16.15.
If you are unable to contact by phone, chatbot or chat, you can send your question to the registry office by mail or email. You can also submit the question to the nearest Customs office with customer service for delivery to the registry office.
