Submit the terms and tariffs to be confirmed by e-mail to the Registry of the Energy Authority. You can also post the terms and tariffs to the Energy Authority.
To whom and on what terms
The requirements of the network operator's terms and conditions are laid down in section 12 of the Act on the Supervision of the Electricity and Natural Gas Market.
Deadline
Terms and tariffs must be confirmed before they are introduced.
Period of validity
The terms and tariffs of the LNG operator shall be fixed for a maximum period of two (2) years.
