If you are disqualified or otherwise temporarily unable to carry out your duties as a guardian, you can ask the Digital and Population Data Services Agency to appoint a substitute guardian.
A public guardian or a private person, who has given their consent to taking on the duties and is both suitable and qualified to act as guardian, can be appointed substitute guardian.
