The service provided by the Employment Authority to organizations in personnel change situations is statutory if the organization falls under the scope of Co-operation within Undertakings Act and is initiating change negotiations leading to personnel changes. The company must send the Employment Authority information about the change situation.
The Employment Authority also guides and advises companies and other organizations that are not covered by Co-operation within Undertakings Act and other organizations in change situations where employees must be laid off or dismissed.
