You can receive decisions, invoices and other documents electronically via Suomi.fi Messages instead of receiving them in paper form.

You can use Suomi.fi Messages via a mobile application or a web browser on a PC and mobile device.

To activate Messages, you will need a personal identity code, a strong identification token and an email address.

Make sure that you have added your email address to your information. Doing so will allow you to receive notifications

In sent messages, you will see sent messages in chronological order, with the message you have sent most recently appearing first.

Messages are stored in Suomi.fi Messages indefinitely and there is no maximum limit for the number of messages stored.

You will always be notified by email when a new message arrives. Remember to provide the email address you regularly read as a contact.
