The processing times of Suomi.fi authorisation applications are at the moment longer than usual: the processing time is approximately three weeks from the receipt of the application.
The processing time may be longer if the application requires additional clarification, for example due to missing signatures or required attachments. Authorisation applications are processed in the order in which they are received.
If you have submitted an authorisation application electronically and using strong authentication, you can check the status of your application by logging in to the Suomi.fi authorisation application page: https://www.suomi.fi/e-authorizations/authorisation-with-an-application.
The status can be checked by the person who originally submitted the application with strong authentication.
