When identified, you can view your personal information in the registers.

notification of beneficial owners has been registered is public.

What to do if the information is not correct
Companies are obliged to report changes to the register. If you are no longer a beneficial owner of the company, you can notify us yourself. The notification of termination of appointment is free of charge.
Log in to the online filing service at www.ytj.fi. Please note that the online service is only available in Finnish and Swedish. After logging in, choose Tosiasialliset edunsaajat (in Finnish) or Verkliga förmånstagare (in Swedish) and file a notification of termination of your role as a beneficial owner.
