Youth Station Klaara offers basic services for 13-24 year olds with a focus on supporting life skills, preventing and treating mental health, substance abuse and addiction problems. We offer counseling, guidance and individual support sessions. Our services are confidential, voluntary and free of charge to clients. No referral is required for our services.

Help and support are also available via the mental health chat in the ÖVPH app or on the website pohjanmaanhyvinvointi.fi. Please use only one contact channel at a time. Clients over 18 years old are asked to fill in the therapy navigator and bring the code with them to the first visit. The first visit to the youth station is a mapping visit to assess the need for services. After the first visit, the client is given a personal contact at the youth center or referred to another service if the need for services is different from what the youth center offers. In some cases, this assessment can be made during the telephone contact.
Age group 13-24 years old. Third stage students are referred to the SHSV in mental health matters, while in substance abuse and addiction matters they receive services at Klaara.
