Youth recruitment subsidy helps employers hire unemployed young people aged 18–29 by providing financial support for recruitment.
As an employer, you may receive 50% of salary costs for six months, up to 1 500 euros per month. This discretionary subsidy is intended for employers engaged in business activities and can be applied for until early January 2027, depending on available funding.
As an employer, you can register as an applicant for the Youth recruitment subsidy using a separate e-form available on the City of Tampere’s website.
