How to access the service:

  1. Get in touch: Contact the Business Mentor by phone or email. You can also submit a contact request by visiting Monitori at the Market Square. Monitori provides services both on site and by phone.
  2. Initial assessment: The Business Mentor will discuss your situation with you and assess what kind of support you need, for example with recruitment, work permit matters or induction.
  3. Tailored support: You will receive advice tailored to the needs of your company or as an employee, practical support and guidance to the appropriate services.

To whom and on what terms

The service is intended for companies and employers in the Turku region, as well as international employees who are about to start or have recently started working for a company in Turku.

The service is free of charge and confidential.
