The curriculum for upper secondary education in English corresponds to the Finnish-language upper secondary education. It is intended for those young people whose Finnish or Swedish skills are not sufficient for upper secondary studies in Finnish or Swedish. Upper secondary education in English is not intended for people coming to Finland from third countries for the purpose of studying.
