In the Language Coach programme, one or more Language Coaches are trained for the international work community to support the work community’s multilingual working life. The Language Coach is an employee of your own work community who helps you to address language-related questions in a timely manner.

The programme is aimed at employers with international employees or planning to recruit them in the future. The working language of the work community must be Finnish, Swedish or English.
The service is free of charge, but its value is counted as de minimis aid for the company.
