Background information

Day activities are organised for people with disabilities, the elderly and other social welfare service users to support their ability to cope independently, promote relationships, and offer meaningful activities. These day activities include playing games, listening to music, dancing or engaging in other physical activity, visiting the outdoors, and discussing various issues in a guided or informal manner.

Day activities should be organized if possible so that the person can participate in the activity five days a week or less often if they are able to participate in work activities part-time or if there is some other reason depending on them, for example healthy reasons.
