SIMHE counselling is for immigrants who are interested in higher education studies in Finland or who have prior higher education studies from abroad. The counselling is aimed for immigrants who live in North Karelia. SIMHE is an acronym from Supporting Immigrants in Higher Education in Finland.

You can book an appointment for a counselling session by sending e-mail to: simhe@karelia.fi or filling in our counselling request form. After submitting the form, a Simhe counsellor will contact you to agree on the appointment time and place.
