The sports facilities are located on floor 3.
For moving around, there is a lift cramped for wheelchair users; the door is heavy. The floor numbers in the lift cannot be felt with fingers. (The minimum dimensions for an accessible lift are width 1.1 m and depth 1.4 m.)
The facility has a toilet marked as accessible on floor 3. The requirements for accessibility are not met, as the toilet does not have sufficient room for a wheelchair.
The customer service/cashier's desk is located on floor 1.
The customer service/cashier's desk is difficult to perceive. The desk is accessible to customers standing only.
At the customer service/cashier's desk, you can borrow a shower wheelchair.

The dressing rooms are located on the same floor as the sports facilities.
The facility does not have an accessible dressing room. The men's/women's dressing rooms must be used instead. The door of the dressing room is heavy or otherwise hard to open and the doorway has a high threshold.
The dressing room has little room for a wheelchair and assistant. The numbering of the lockers is clearly legible.
The shower room is connected to the men's/women's dressing room. The door of the shower room opens easily manually.
