Service location

The outdoor gym of Vuosaari Sports Park provides opportunities for both lighter and heavier fitness and strength training. The sports park is located two kilometres away from the Vuosaari metro station.

The outdoor gym features exercise equipment with both adjustable weights and a fixed resistance level, as well as a rack with various pull-up and hanging bars.

The 8 accessible parking spaces are located in the parking area under 50 m from the fitness training park. The width of the parking space is at least 3.6 m.
The pick-up and drop-off area is located under 20 m from the fitness training park.

A smooth and sufficiently wide asphalted route leads to the fitness training park. The route is illuminated.

There are many entrances to the fitness training park. The fitness training equipment is located on flexible safety tiles, and it is clearly discernible from the ground through contrast in shade. There is overall lighting around the training equipment.
The fitness training park has a well-lit information board. The board can be viewed up close.
The fitness training equipment are also accessible by wheelchair or other assistive devices. Some of the fitness training equipment can be used when seated in a wheelchair.
