Vantaa main police station of Eastern Uusimaa Police Department is located in Jokiniemi next to National Bureau of Investigation. Inspection of firearms are carried out only by appointment, in Vantaa on Mondays and in Porvoo on Tuesdays. On inspection day firearms cannot be handed over or returned. Inspection of fire arms takes place at the main police station from own entrance (door 4) at Jokiniemenkuja, which is separate from the main entrance.
