Helsinki City Buildings Office commissioned a work entitled The Stream of Life from artist Pauno Pohjolainen for Hesperia Hospital, building number 32. The work is many stories tall and is positioned on the south-facing, outer wall of the building.
The work was produced under the Percent for Art programme, and it belongs to the City of Helsinki’s art collection, which is managed and curated by HAM.
