Tapanila Youth Centre

Youth centres are places where people aged 9–17 can spend their free time.

Operation Pulse! offers those aged 12–18 a variety of hobby trials and an opportunity to plan and organise activities.

Youth centres and facilities organise regular and safe activities for children and young people.

All Helsinki residents aged 13–17 can vote and stand for election to the Youth Council. The elections are held every other year.
