Ruskeasuo sports park / Outdoor gym

Built as an OmaStadi project in 2024, the Ruskeasuo Sports Park outdoor gym provides opportunities for diverse fitness and strength training. The sports park is located a roughly 20-minute walk away from the Pasila station.

The outdoor gym features outdoor exercise equipment with adjustable weights, as well as various fitness racks.

There are many entrances to the fitness training park. The fitness training equipment is located on flexible safety tiles, and it is clearly discernible from the ground through contrast in shade. There is overall lighting around the training equipment.
Liikuntapuistossa on ulkokuntosalille monta kulkureittiä, mutta kuntosalin alue on aidattu ja aidassa on yksi sisäänkäynti kuntosalin alueelle. Sisäänkäynnillä on pieni (1cm) kynnys. Ulkokuntosalilla ei ole opastaulua, mutta kuntolaitteissa on ohjeistukset laitteiden käyttöön.
The fitness training equipment are also accessible by wheelchair or other assistive devices. Some of the fitness training equipment can be used when seated in a wheelchair.
