Playground Santahamina

Service location

Playground Santahamina is part of the military base surrounded by forested nature. Access to the area requires a permit.

The playground is a place where families with babies and children can play, exercise and meet each other around the year either indoors or outdoors. In addition to sandboxes, swings and various climbing frames, playground features:

Accessibility information

The entrance of the playground building stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
In connection with the entrance, there are 2 consecutive steps.
The entrance has a ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on one side.
The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens easily manually.
The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.
The activities take place on the entrance floor.
The doors in the facility stand out clearly.
The facility has an accessible toilet.
