The fitness stairs in Paloheinä outdoor recreation area have 253 steps. There is also outdoor sports equipment at the bottom and top of the stairs, a bench press, squat, horizontal row and press-up equipment at the bottom, and a log battery consisting of five logs at the top of the hill.
