The Paloheinä outdoor recreation area has a modern and diverse outdoor gym with David outdoor sports equipment with adjustable weight blocks. The equipment in the outdoor gym includes a leg squat, bench press, front press, horizontal row, abdominal bench, back bench and dip machine, as well as a big rig frame with different heights of chin-up/hanging bars.
