Karhuluoto beach is a freshwater swimming area featuring an extensive rocky area and a small sandy beach. The water deepens quickly in some places, and the bottom varies between clay, rock, sand, and stones. At the end of the swimming pier, the water depth is approximately 2.6 metres. There is boat traffic in the vicinity of the beach.
