Kaitaan koulu for grades 7-9 aims at educating the school’s pupils to be independent, broad-minded and responsible young people. Innovation and creativity are visible in the everyday life of our school, which has an emphasis on visual arts.

Kaitaan koulu has been a member of UNESCO’s Associated Schools Project Network since 1984.

For moving around, there is a lift that is difficult to perceive; the door opens with an access control key. The floor numbers in the lift can be felt with fingers.
The facility has a ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on one side.
The facility has a wheelchair lift.
The doors in the facility stand out clearly.
The facility has a toilet marked as accessible on the same floor as the entrance. The toilet door cannot be easily opened and closed.
A second toilet marked as accessible is located on floor 2.
A third toilet marked as accessible is located on floor 0.
The service point has a fixed induction loop in the meeting room, auditorium, assembly hall, gym.
