Kahilanniemi gym

Kahilanniemi health gym has specialised gym equipment for rehabilitation. The gym is used for Guided Sports Department groups with a season fee and free-form practice sessions during which an instructor is there to guide you. When the gym is not being used for guided activities, you can use it freely for personal gym training.
