Lost property customer service is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Additionally, lost items can be inquired about by phone on Mondays and Fridays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Please note that you can ask about keys and eyeglasses only by visiting the lost property service in person.
