Children's Cultural Centre Rulla is located on the first floor of the Kulttuuritalo Laikku.
The main entrance is located at the end of the Tampere Theater and is unobstructed. Come through the main entrance, for example, when you have a stroller.
You can also get to Rulla through the inner door of Kulttuuritalo Laikku. The inner door is located on the first floor of Laikku.
