Brief Therapy Unit

The Brief Therapy Unit offers brief therapy for Helsinki residents over 13 years of age. Brief therapy is suitable for mild to moderate mental health challenges. Brief therapy work is structured and goal-oriented and includes independent work between weekly appointments. There will usually be 5–7 appointments.
