Service housing refer to housing and services provided in a service apartment, such as care and nursing services and catering services.
The service housing unit is staffed during day and evening. The services of the night patrol are arranged according to the client´s needs during the night.
Applications for service housing for seniors are submitted to the SAS working group. Applications may be filed by the individual, a family member, or a public authority. Application forms are available in digital format on the Wellbeing Services County's website (www.pohjanmaanhyvinvointi.fi). As part of the application process, the SAS working group conducts a multidisciplinary assessment of the client’s overall situation.
