You can get a Lapland Libraries library card from any Lapland Libraries location by presenting valid identification. Children under the age of 15 need guardian consent to receive a library card.

To use a self-service library, you need a Lapland Libraries library card and a PIN code linked to the card. Children under 15 need guardian permission to use self-service libraries.
