You can request for a relief upon a value-added tax, excise tax or fairway dues that have been levied upon customs clearance from Customs.
Customs may reduce or appeal the paid or payable fee as well as any late-payment or other interest on the payment. The applicant must have a special reason to request a tax relief. Customs makes the decision regarding tax relief on a case-by-case basis.
