Request for information

1. Use the electronic form to make a request for information.
2. Identify your request for information so that it shows as well as possible which document or information it concerns. For example, explain the topic of the matter, the period for which you want information, the area for which you want information, and the file number of the matter, if you have it. If your request for information concerns a public document or information, there is no need to justify the request. However, the provisions of data protection legislation apply to the disclosure of public personal data.
3. We will respond to your request for information and documents as quickly as possible.

In the case of a public document, we will try to respond within two weeks of receiving the request.

If there is a large number of requested documents or they contain confidential parts, or if the processing and resolution of the matter requires special measures or a larger amount of work than usual, the request for information is resolved and the public document is given no later than one month.

Everyone has the right to access public information on the documents and registers of the KEHA Centre and Economic Development Centres.

Due to statutory secrecy provisions, the document or information you have requested may be kept confidential or partly confidential. If we refuse to provide the document or information you requested, we will inform you of the reason for the refusal. If you so wish, you will receive a decision that is eligible for appeal and you can appeal to the Administrative Court.
